We have a system of direct mail ordering. We offer free delivery to any physical or postal address in South Africa for orders above R1,500, using a 2-3 day courier service.  For orders under R1,500 the courier-cost is R55 per order to Gauteng, Durban and Cape Town, and R150 to other areas.  Should you prefer you are also welcome to arrange collection yourself from our premises in Pretoria.

To place an order first click on the "Get a Quote" button in the individual pages of the products that you want.

We will reply by sending you a formal quote and if you accept it you can go ahead and do an electronic money transfer. 

We keep stock of all our products and they go out the same day or the next morning after the money has been transferred.

NB: Due to the direct-distribution sales model we offer, and to keep our prices low, we do not supply products on credit and pre-payment is a requirement.

We offer a 7-day full Money-back Guarantee, just return the goods in its original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt. 

We also offer a one-year repair Warranty on all electronic equipment and a 3-month warranty on cables, test probes and test clips.
